Starting Out
I’m starting this blog out on a positive note. Each year, I attend the Seattle Pride Parade to enjoy the festivities and replenish my positive outlook on life. To me, Pride is a time when people can celebrate who they are without the constant din of ignorance and fear that is present on social media and in our political discourse. Pride reaffirms the basic human rights of being who you are and loving who you love.
I hope that I can share a bit of this acceptance and happiness through the Remember Me project and this blog.
